Zeobind Clinospray

Clinospray is a veryfine powder form (95% < 20 mu) of the product Clinoptilolite. Because of its fine form, this product can be suspended in water through continuous stirring and the product can be used as a foliar fertiliser.

Through the use of Clinospray, both trace elements and silicon can be absorbed into the leaf, creating a tougher leaf epidermis that is more difficult for sucking insects to penetrate. The insects therefore avoid the crop. It can also be absorbed through the pores into the sap flow, and therefore has a positive effect on the plant's strength, making it more resistant to disease. Finally, it can produce a layer of fine powder on the leaf, which can damage the skin of crawling insects, making them less likely to spread and making it harder for fungi to attach to the leaf.
