Zeolite E566 - Actionine
Phil 75/Actionine belongs to the group of zeolites of sedimentary origin and is registered as a technological additive (E566) under the subgroup binders, anti-caking agents and coagulants.
Because of the large number of angles in the honeycomb-like structure, there is a high cation exchange capacity (CEC value). This means that Zeolite Actionine is excellent for use in, for example, dental sticks. It reduces odour emissions both in the animal's mouth and through the faeces. In addition, the crystal structure has an abrasive effect on the teeth, which reduces dental plaque. It can also have a slightly positive effect on the digestion of the feed and, in particular the digestion of protein. The product can also be used as free flower in certain premixes.
